This service is for the host who intends on completing their own planning. However, would prefer a professional to take over the final details six weeks prior. The “BE THERE” service provides “Month Of” and “Day Of” event direction as the primary liaison to all vendors, to execute your vision and plans. Which reduces your stress leading to the affair allowing you to truly be present.  

 
If you are a host looking to relax and be a guest at your own event, then the Be There service is just for you!
